The Ash Studio was founded by Josh White, a B2B marketing consultant, specialising in the Personal Care & Nutraceutical industries, to help brands create marketing that works, without the unnecessary complexity.
Whilst studying at the University of the Arts London, Josh launched a globally distributed men’s fashion and lifestyle magazine, balancing editorial direction with commercial strategy. That early experience in brand-building and content creation led him into B2B marketing, where he joined one of the world’s largest market expansion companies, supporting digital marketing across EMEA and Asia.
He later took on a pivotal role at a global ingredients distributor, building the marketing department from scratch. Over the next seven years, he developed the brand, led strategy, further aligned the businesses with their core industries, and established its global trade show presence. From defining messaging and overseeing creative direction to producing high-impact materials, his work shaped how the company communicated and connected with its customers.
After years inside the corporate marketing world, Josh saw how slow decision-making and unnecessary complexity could get in the way of good work. He founded The Ash Studio to offer something different: a simpler, more effective way to get marketing done—clearly, confidently, and without the layers of red tape.
